It started when my ex-manager Funto called me to interview me and I shared every design decisions I made throughout the school project I did. I was surpirsingly hired and in less than 3 weeks, I flew to Toronto to start my journey at RBC!

During my time at RBC, I was in two teams (Core Banking Integration and Innovation Labs), contributing my skills in both graphic and UX/UI design. This unique opportunity allowed me to immerse myself in diverse projects, leveraging my design expertise across different facets of the organization.

✨ Some of my career highlights ✨

• Innovated and implemented 'OnTap,' a seamless physical/digital product for event attendee tracking, utilising company access cards to automate check-ins; successfully served over 1400 employees at the Innovation Day 2019 event, eliminating wait times.

• Worked with Ample Labs in researching and redesigning an existing chatbot with user-centred-design principles in mind in order to enhance the experience specifically around people who are experiencing homelessness.

• Engaged with the Senior Management Team to comprehend their current objectives and OKRs, guiding the development of an internal information hub aligned with their existing portfolio and designed to highlight the value contributed by their team's projects to One RBC.
